My services include walk-and-talk therapy, face-to-face and online sessions, as well as more specialist support through animal-assisted and equine therapy, working alongside our wonderful therapy animals.
By offering a variety of counselling approaches, I aim to create a safe, comfortable space that meets each client’s unique needs and helps them explore their difficulties at their own pace

Our walk-and-talk sessions and animal-assisted therapies provide unique, meaningful ways to support emotional well-being. Animals offer a special kind of connection—they are loyal, genuine, affectionate, and non-judgmental. Their presence can be incredibly grounding and comforting.
For many, spending time with animals is one of the most therapeutic experiences available—and we’re proud to integrate that into our approach.
